This is my first Subaru purchase. Even though I had to wait (and who hasn’t lately) for my vehicle to build, my salesman, Greg kept in touch with weekly updates. He communicated both the good and bad news, as needed. I appreciated his forthrightness and professionalism. The vehicle delivery was as expected, flawless. Greg came in early to deliver my car even though his shift did not start until later in the day. Are you kidding me? Who does that? Greg does. That’s who. As it had been a while since buying a new vehicle, a lot has changed. Essentially a new car is nothing but software with a set of wheels. Greg answered every question and let me push every button (Hey, what’s this button do?)…. Hudiburg is smart in having a secondary new vehicle delivery visit arranged before leaving to follow up as there is no way to absorb all of the information in one setting. Also, let me say the F/I experience was seamless. He took the time to explain every document and its purpose. He did not rush me to ‘sign’ for signing’s sake. He listened and made me feel at ease during the process. More

Everything else was great my online check-in person did not return my call when I left a message and it rang continuously when I tried to call. The person that helped me at the counter when I was there in person was very very helpful and everything went smoothly. Happy with my service experience. More
