Just prior to this service visit i received an email stating that it was unnecessary for me to schedule an appointment for an oil change. As one of the first walk-in customers, I initially thought that stating that it was unnecessary for me to schedule an appointment for an oil change. As one of the first walk-in customers, I initially thought that it was a mistake that I didn't make an appointments as there was a minimal crew there to assist the number of customers coming in. I had an appointment that I needed to keep and expressed that to Pete Hamather. Not only was he courteous, friendly, and focused, he was able to get me in and out in order to keep my appointment. I couldn't have asked for better service! More
