Bought a Honda Pilot from Cawood a few months ago. Was having trouble with my phone and needed some re-education on some of the "Honda Sensing." It's a lot to take in initially but Kyle, my sales rep, gra having trouble with my phone and needed some re-education on some of the "Honda Sensing." Lied to me from the word go. The auto body shop is a sham. Was told I was getting new parts than once the work was started I find out it used parts or refurbished parts getting put on.
