If you know exactly what you want, she works to make it as convenient as possible for you to get it. She also gets things fixed. We had a small stain on a new car: she made sure it was removed. Another time, a vehicle was delivered without the rear cargo cover; she found one and got it to us promptly. We had misplaced our coupon for a free oil change; she called the service department and got us squared away. It's also important to note that during this time of pandemic, she was careful to have her mask in place at all times -- something that can't be said for everyone in retail. But perhaps best of all, she's there a year or two after you bought your vehicle. We've called her for information well after we've made our purchase and she treats us as if we are her best customers. We recommend her highly. More
