Pedro helped us find the best vehicle to fit our needs. He didn't rush us to make a decision or pressure us. I felt comfortable dealing with him and really felt like he was doing his best to get us the right vehicle for our family. My favorite part of the experience was that he took over 30 minutes to sit in the car with me to explain each and every button in my new vehicle. That personal touch really made a difference. Cawood overall offered a great customer service experience and I have already recommended them a handful of times since last week. Overall, I was very happy with my experience at Cawood Honda. The car I purchased was only days old to them, they hadn't even had the chance to clean it up yet.
