Great customer service! Dennis in Parts is amazing! Due to my own incompetence, I believed that I had received the wrong floor mats for my Fit, so I called him up. Not only i Dennis in Parts is amazing! Due to my own incompetence, I believed that I had received the wrong floor mats for my Fit, so I called him up. Not only is he the nicest person east of the Mississippi, he graciously offered to send out a new set of mats AND a free return label for the ones that I thought were wrong (they weren't).
