Great long distance buying experience! I want to provide my honest review of the experience I had leasing a 2017 Ridgeline RTL-E from Cawood Honda. These Ridgelines are in short supply, and I want to provide my honest review of the experience I had leasing a 2017 Ridgeline RTL-E from Cawood Honda. These Ridgelines are in short supply, and finding one with the color and trim level that I wanted definitely required an internet search and long distance buying effort. I was prepared to go out of state, when I found the one I wanted at Cawood Honda. I contacted Jeremy and after some negotiation we agreed on an acceptable purchase price. Cawood delivered the vehicle to my residence some 150 miles away or so, bringing the paperwork with them. When the team arrived, everything on the paperwork was as we agreed. There were NO surprises, which spoke to Cawood's standard of integrity. The truck was clean and they even filled it up for me. Jeremy offered all kinds of telephone support. I had a great experience and will consider Cawood Honda again. More

Great service I was due for an oil change and tire rotation. I also wanted my battery checked as my car was having a hard time starting when it was very cold outsid I was due for an oil change and tire rotation. I also wanted my battery checked as my car was having a hard time starting when it was very cold outside. I did need a new battery as well as back brakes. I was not expecting that, but it needed to be done. Dan explained at what stage my brakes were and I agreed to have the done. Everything was completed in just a couple of hours. All is good! More

I know that if I ever have a problem at Cawood it will be taken care of on the spot. I had an away from home emergency. The starter failed and I had to have another Honda dealer in another county replace it. The other dealer told me the battery in my 2010 Ridgeline needed to be replaced with a new $150.00 battery. I told their service department rep I would wait to get back home and have my dealer, Cawood, look at it. Cawood's battery evaluation didn't confirm their evaluation. I saved $150.00 until I really need to replace it. Cawood's been around since 1919; I know why, personalized customer service, that's why. More
