Having owned a Yukon XL for over 16 years, we had a very specific list of features, especially a model that was recent enough to have the back-up camera as a standard item. We have bought two other vehicles from Cawood and have been very pleased with the overall services from this dealership. Dan in the Service Dept has helped me to keep my vehicles running and always gave the best advice with my budget in mind. We let Jeremy Dodder, Sales, know several months ago that we were looking for a 2015 GMC Yukon XL and he started the search right away. We also kept an eye on advertisements in online as well as print sources. We found the Yukon at another dealer and sent Jeremy a message that indicated this vehicle was exactly what we had in mind. Jeremy was able to purchase the car from that dealer and proceeded to work with us to finalize the purchase within a week. We are very pleased with our vehicle. The staff at Cawood went above and beyond to thoroughly check the car from a mechanical standpoint as well as make sure it was as clean as possible. When we picked the car up it looked like it never left the lot from the original sale. Jeremy worked with us very closely and kept the communication lines open at all time. He is polite, honest and treated us with respect. We would highly recommend Jeremy Dodder and Cawood Honda to friends and family and are already planning to purchase our next vehicle from them. More
