I have taken my Honda Pilot to Cawood's service department for a few years now. I have always been very satisfied with the quality of service I receive and the fees that are charged to me by Cawood department for a few years now. As we all know, it is not only the high quality of service one receives, but it is the respect that is given to the customer that also leaves an impression. People remember how they are treated and how they are made to feel most of all. I have always been treated with the utmost respect from Dan in the service department to the person at the parts counter to Lori who takes my money in the service department, and Matt who helped me with the financing and all of the sales staff. I always leave Cawood feeling good. In my recent purchase of a 2010 Honda Accord, I had to make several phone calls to Cawood and I want to make mention of how the woman who answers the telephone (sorry that I don't know her name) is very well spoken, polite and pleasant. In my line of work I know how important the first impression is and she is awesome. In my recent purchase I worked Tom Deneweth and was extremely happy with his service. He was respectful, not pushy or demanding, and always returned my calls and emails promptly. It was a pleasure working with him. I can't say enough nice things about Tom. I want to add that I am in no way "buttering up" for my future auto needs. I just feel strongly that when someone does a job well they should be recognized for it. I just want Mr. Charlie Barrett and Mr. Tom Barrett to know that they have a great staff at Cawood and it is a direct reflection on both of them and their years of hard work! More

Many of my neighbors have questioned me over the years as to "why am I so loyal to Cawood Auto?" and have bought my last 6 vehicles at Cawood Auto. I have also noticed that when the question of price enters the conversation there is little to no difference between Cawood and the metro area dealers, where I'm sure no one will remember your name a year or more later.
