I want to give a special shout out to Matt, the Finance Manager at Cawood. As a single woman navigating the car buying process; it can be quite intimidating. Matt treated me with the utmost respect and listened to all of my needs and requests. At no point did I feel like I was being pressured or forced to do anything that I didn’t want to do. Matt was able to find a competitive interest rate; better than my own credit union could offer (I checked!). He also thoroughly and quickly presented various options that the dealership offered. Ultimately, I decided to purchase a few options but not all of them. Matt professionally asked me a couple of times on the rejected options but accepted my decision to refuse the options without “the salesman hard pressure close.” That I certainly appreciate. His knowledge with customer service and finance is hard to beat. I’ve never had this great of an experience with the Finance Manager at any other dealership.
