I recently was experiencing a concern with the mechanics of my vehicle and mentioned it to the service advisor, Paul Hoffman. After explaining to him, he was able to give me what he thought to be the problem, based on his knowledge of the vehicle and what he had encountered in the past with the same concern on my make/model of vehicle. It helps to have a point person who understands the mechanics of a vehicle and can be informative. Appreciate this type of service and the free car wash is a real plus. More
