Rich Charland was the first person I've talked to who took my complaints of a front end rattle and intermittent vibration seriously. His service techs made the effort to find loose bolts in a drive train took my complaints of a front end rattle and intermittent vibration seriously. His service techs made the effort to find loose bolts in a drive train coupling. I'm not real clear just where the problem was but the car feels and sounds just like new. We're both hopeful it was the cause of the vibration so it's fixed too now. More

Took a very long time to get the needed repairs, then was told to come back the next day for an additional part they had to order. Called two days later and no one knows what I’m talking about.
