Cecil Clark Chevrolet service department did not perform the repairs I paid almost $3,500 for correctly, causing further damage. Their service department also broke / lost pieces of my truck & declined to r the repairs I paid almost $3,500 for correctly, causing further damage. Their service department also broke / lost pieces of my truck & declined to repair or replace them. I attempted to allow then the opportunity to make things right & they returned my vehicle to the same technician who then caused further damage & still failed to correct the faulty repairs. I attempted to reach put to the GM/ Owner Mr. Clark, and he would not even let me explain why I was calling him & hung up on me. Their owner, service manager & " lead technician " Jeremy all have terrible attitudes and have no remorse or respect for the Chevrolet name. More
