They were very interested in selling the vehicle but there was no pressure. I was upfront about how I viewed the sales process and they respected that. Over the next couple of days were able agree on the purchase details. To make this Camaro purchase I was in touch with five other dealerships and Ed Bozarth was by far the best. We picked up the car and worked through final paperwork with Tyler Hakenburg finance manager and I have to say this was best experience I've had with a finance manager when purchasing a new vehicle. In closing,Paul Osterman the president stopped by to say hello. This indicates from the top down the dealership's focus on customer satisfaction. More

Oil Change Had appointment at 12:30 , got to service at 12 , they took my vehicle right away.... Last time I had service done , was supposed to get truck washed Had appointment at 12:30 , got to service at 12 , they took my vehicle right away.... Last time I had service done , was supposed to get truck washed , they did not do it, this time they washed vehicle, but left back of truck dirt !!! Guess person that does vehicle washing is selective at what to clean and what not to clean!!! More
