we went to the dealership to get the buy out amount of our leased Rav 4 the transaction that was supposed to be 10 minutes turned out to be 2 hrs. Transaction got more complicated when the dealer created another account to show we were buying the car, what we just wanted to get was the BUYOUT amount. Now toyota is showing that we have 2 accts. I won't recommend this dealership ever. More
Would not recommend this dealership. Typical salesman games and only care about making a sale. Left with less than a quarter tank of gas in the new truck I had purchased. I had to bring own tools to take off my license plate from trade in. Salesman drove the car around from being washed and was on the phone inside the car for over 5 mins as I waited awkwardly outside. 4Stars would’ve been 5, Need to get help in the service department. Either don’t schedule so many cars each hour or get more help. Long wait time , People standing everywhere nowhere to sit ! They sold me a new truck without floor mats, they had the floor covered in wrap open so I wouldn’t notice. If you buy something there make sure to inspect every inch because once you paid no one will help you. And make sure to haggle, I got $7000 off by walking away twice (new 2021 Tacoma down from $36k to $29k), also negotiate financing, I got them down from 4% to 3% apr. More

I took my 2-year-old Rev 4 ( leased through Centennial Toyota), for a failed/dead battery and factory recall fuel pump. I was unfortunately assigned to Carlos Robles for my service appointment. I requested to have my oil change at the same time as other services. I was told even though the car is under warranty, I will be charged $110 + for the scheduled oil change. I requested to have it done since the vehicle is still under warranty but I was told in no uncertain terms that it will not be done without charging me the whole amount. The issue is not only the rip-off price for an oil change but the attitude of both Carlos and his Supervisor Andrew. Both of them had angry body language with a no-can-do attitude. Both of them treated me with such hostility that I was wondering if it is their demeanor at 8 am, how do they treat customers during the afternoon or evening rush hour? Not only did I receive poor customer service but a hostile attitude towards a customer. I am a loyal Toyota customer for 20 years and if that's how the customers are treated, I will think twice about leasing/buying a Toyota, and needless to say, I will not be returning to Centennial Toyota for any service needs. They made me feel really small and insignificant. They just lost a loyal customer due to rude and condescending service department employees. More
