Very pleased with my service. Carlos Robles did a great job of communicating with me. When an issue with the shop occurred he was on the phone explaining the situation and that the original timeframe for c job of communicating with me. Sean in the service department was a complete jerk and tried to take advantage of me. I came for an oil change and the air bag recall and he tried to make me get a $1600 tune up when my car is not even wo tried to take advantage of me. Previously, I only wanted to visit Toyota for warranty-related fixes and reserve any other maintenance through external companies. She is the reason I will now come back to Toyota for everything. I needed additional parts for the trunk of my 2015 Toyota Rav4. She made sure to contact my warranty, arrange for delivery of parts, and call me back within 24 hours when I had expected a call within a week’s time. Excellent integrity, communication, and customer service with Jenn Mitchell. Toyota should definitely base their customer service trainings on her expertise and technique. More
