I went in for an oil change and to have the suction jet pump recall done on my car. One week after the service I noticed the fuel gauge was not moving, so I got in contact with the dealer and was told pump recall done on my car. One week after the service I noticed the fuel gauge was not moving, so I got in contact with the dealer and was told to bring my car back in for inspection. They confirmed that there was an issue, but that I may need to pay for it myself. I did not agree since that issue came up after my initial service. My service writer told me he would get in contact with other departments to see if they could help. So finally, I leave the dealer and as I’m driving I hear a lot of air coming in, but all my windows were closed. I pull over and find that the technician had not put the backseat in. At this point I’m forced to turn around and head back to the dealer. They apologized and had the seat put back in. Finally, after about a week and a half, an agreement was made and I was called to bring my car back to repair the fuel gauge. After the repair, I turned on my car to leave the dealership and noticed the fuel gauge had moved slightly from half a tank. At this point I don’t trust the technician at all, so I immediately head to a gas station to test it out. Sure enough, the fuel gauge doesn’t move. There I go again turning back around to the dealership. They apologized and asked if I could leave it overnight to have a different technician look at it. The following day it’s finally resolved after several mistakes and going back and forth. After experiencing this situation, I’ve decided not to ever bring my car into this dealership for future repairs and/or maintenance. More
Lack of communication, vehicle wasn’t serviced correctly multiple times, when parts were ordered updates were hard to get. I’m currently still waiting for other parts to be replaced and left multiple voicem multiple times, when parts were ordered updates were hard to get. I arrived at 7 appt, car didn't go back til 7:41. Unsatisfactory! Svc Mgr says that is standard operating procedure! Then why even make an appointment?
