Lack of communication, vehicle wasn’t serviced correctly multiple times, when parts were ordered updates were hard to get. I arrived at 7 appt, car didn't go back til 7:41. Unsatisfactory! Svc Mgr says that is standard operating procedure! Then why even make an appointment?
