I drove 3. 5 hours to have my car serviced by a dealership my appt was at 9:30am and was scheduled 3 weeks in advanced. I was told they would call me shortly wit 5 hours to have my car serviced by a dealership my appt was at 9:30am and was scheduled 3 weeks in advanced. I was told they would call me shortly within the hour with the items they recommend I had to call at 4:30pm because I never received a call and they couldn’t even do any service for me. It was a waste of my drive and time. Then I picked up my car after the service department was closed and the sales person was extremely rude when I asked where my keychain was that was in my keys when left there. I would never return for service or to purchase another VW from here because of this terrible experience. More

Was a little disappointed that after I specifically asked to check tires in anticipation of a long trip, when I got home and was packing for the tri Was a little disappointed that after I specifically asked to check tires in anticipation of a long trip, when I got home and was packing for the trip I found a one inch flap on the sidewall. We didn't have time to take it back, didn't trust the tires so we flew instead of driving. Maybe next time I will be a little more cautious when I pick up my car. More
