First time brining in for oil leak (I could see the spots on my driveway) after having car for 8 hours said there was no leak but bring back if continued to see oil. Second visit, another 6 hours and quoted over 2k of repairs needed, they “found” the leak. And during this visit I mentioned temperature light kept coming on, the noted but no other mention of the light. Next day, temp light still on, I called back but they can’t take another look for over a week and the next day, check engine light came on. I’m starting to think they are doing stuff to the car to keep me coming back! Originally I thought VW dealer would be more trustworthy than the used car dealer we bought the car from but doesn’t feel that way. Feels like I’m just wasting time and money here. More

Bought a brand new VW Atlas here in October 2021. Over the last 12 months I've had to bring my new car in twice for the same issue with my GPS and Bluetooth failing to work. Its a known issue that can on the last 12 months I've had to bring my new car in twice for the same issue with my GPS and Bluetooth failing to work. Its a known issue that can only be resolved by replacing the module. Today I'm told by service they can't help me and won't replace a $700 part and my only recourse is to call VW itself. All they can do is the same temporary fix as last time. And they cant telll me how many times I would have to do this again until it can be replaced because its under warranty and they cant replace parts under warranty unless VW itself says they can. Findlay won't authorize the fix because it would be money out of their pocket. Shame on them! Shame on VW! I used to tell people where I bought my car and how pleased I was with the process. Now I'd tell them to go anywhere else seeing how they treat customers when it really matters. More
