It took them 2 hours to add adblu to my car. It’s a diesel engine. it’s only a 20 min job max. The second time it took them an hour and that’s only because I told them to cut the inspection and car was diesel engine. it’s only a 20 min job max. Had a fantastic experience at Findlay north Volkswagen! We worked with Joe Stieber and he was great!! He listened to all our concerns, answer all our questions and was up front about everything. They helped get us into the exact suv we wanted with a payment we felt comfortable with! We were in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. I would highly recommend anyone go and seeing Joe! CROOKS! CROOKED MECHANICAL SERVICE! I brought my vw in for a problem, they diagnosed it as a timing issue, charged me about $1,000. They did NOT change valve cover gasket either, charged me parts / labor for a problem, they diagnosed it as a timing issue, charged me about $1,000. They did NOT change valve cover gasket either, charged me parts / labor almost $100. The cars been there over and over, and they do nothing to fix the problem. THIS LAST TIME, they told me it needs a transmission, yet no error codes came up before with them or the other vw dealer i went to. WHO CAN YOU TRUST? They overcharge by 4x or more for everything. WARNING ! DO NOT DEAL WITH FINDLAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF ! The staff are professional and polite, and tried to help but ended up advising me to get rid of my car and get a new one...HOW CONVENIENT! I WOULD NOT RATE THEM WITH A ZERO BUT THAT OPTION IS NOT AVAILABLE ON THIS SITE. GUESS WHAT? my CHECK ENGINE LIGHT is emitting again, at the time I picked up my car three days ago. More
