I needed to bring my GTI in for it's 30,000 mile check up with oil change. Amber was extremely helpful in setting up an appointment over the phone. My check engine light came on Sunday just as I was planning a quick get away to AZ for Monday afternoon! As they are closed on Sunday I couldn’t make an appointment so I chose to be there when they op planning a quick get away to AZ for Monday afternoon! As they are closed on Sunday I couldn’t make an appointment so I chose to be there when they opened to see if they could help me out. Because they were booked for the day I thought maybe they wouldn’t even see me. However they did take the car in and although I had to wait they were able to get the part from another Findlay VW dealership and got it fixed in just about 5 hours! It was worth the wait as I was still able to make a 2 pm business meeting and still was on my way to AZ by 3:20! Thank you Findlay VW North for going the extra step to get me back on the road at no charge as my car is still under the bumper to bumper warranty! I appreciate your service. More

Heater core repair 2014 passat I have been a customer for 3 1/2 years and by far, Samantha has been the best service coordinator I’ve had. She was very attentive and thought the service I needed through, as I have 2 children under the age of 4. The initial reason I came into VW was for my 70k service but I also had an issue with my heater. Samantha went above and beyond to find out if the repair would be covered under warranty and determined that it would be best to get a courtesy car during the repair. She has been very accommodating throughout the time from the service until the day of the repair. I would absolutely refer anyone to Findlay and to Samantha. More
