Centennial Volkswagen - Service Center

When I booked the service, I requested in writing a check of my car's alignment, along with an 80K mi service. At the end of the service, this shop said the car did not need an alignment and did not need an of my car's alignment, along with an 80K mi service. At the end of the service, this shop said the car did not need an alignment and did not need anything for the 80K mi service--other than an oil change. A week or two later, a different shop found the alignment in this same car was off and fixed it. So it seems the shop is missing required maintenance issues. More

Service advisor David Lucero is great. Mechanics stated I needed to replace and or do maintenance that had already been done with a month to 2 months prior again. Had they of actually looked at those items they would have seen the sticker on the battery and check their system the flush for instance. This place was amazing when it was findlay north vw but now it has the rip off centennial feel just like their toyota dealership. Know your vehicle and do your research. Don't listen to everything they tell you. More
