"Great service all around "

These guys are great. I got a new Subaru from them and they were super friendly and there was no pressure. They worked with me to get a perfect car at a price I could live with. I brought my car in for servicing and was beyond impressed with the professionalism of the staff. While my car was in for servicing, I test-drove a car with Zach. He was friendly, helpful, and very comfortable to work with. I felt at ease the whole time, and I felt he genuinely listened to where I was at in terms of buying a new car. My current car still has some life left in it, but I am looking forward to working with Zach in the future when I'm ready for my next car.

"I never worry about buying a Subaru at Center Subaru"

I have purchased 7 Subarus through the years and Tracy Breen has always been my go-to guy. I have always been treated fairly and I have been happy with all of my purchases. I never felt "ripped off' and they have gone out of their way when there have been recalls or just a routine oil change [that's usually how I end up with a new car-haha]. "Experience at Buying a Vehicle at Center Subaru"

I was in the market for a new car, and knew that I wanted a Subaru Legacy. At this point in time I lived about an hour south of Torrington, and while my my family had historically done business with Center Subaru, the distance led me to start my car search with the Subaru dealerships in my area. Within a few visits at other dealerships in Connecticut, I was less than enthusiastic about my experiences and decided to make the drive up to Center Subaru. Within the first few minutes of meeting with Mike, I knew that this was where I’d be bringing my business. Mike was personable, knowledgeable, and patient. He fielded all of my questions, helped me find the model that best suited me, and was able to track down the exact vehicle we were looking for at a very reasonable (competitive) price, and have it brought in from out of state in a very short period of time. My experience working with Mike throughout the entire process was so positive that I was willing to disregard the hour commute each way to come up to the dealership. Again, I already knew what make and model I wanted, and there were plenty of other Subaru dealers within a more convenient range than Center Subaru, so I could have gone to any one of a number of places nearby to buy the vehicle. Rather, it was the superior customer service, and the pleasure working with Mike that led to me buying my new Legacy at Center Subaru. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone looking for a new car. Since the purchase, about 2 years have passed and I continue to have nothing but great things to say about Center Subaru. Due to the distance, I do not have the majority of my service performed there. However, when I have brought the vehicle in, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences. The service center is great about reaching out and sending reminders for when the next round of service is due, and they are always willing to work around your schedule to find a convenient time for the vehicle to be serviced in a timely manner; you will not have to wait weeks for an appointment. Center Subaru is a fantastic dealership from both a sales and service perspective, and in my opinion the best Subaru dealership in the state. I’d highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a Subaru.
