Great Service Department I was not happy with the lack of communication with my sales consultant about upgrading to leather seats. Then there was a miscommunication about how I was not happy with the lack of communication with my sales consultant about upgrading to leather seats. Then there was a miscommunication about how long it would take to be completed and I would be without a car for several days. James in the service department did an outstanding job of both communicating with me and going above and beyond to get me a loaner car in that time for which i was extremely grateful.
