"Bait and switch" LIED TOO August 29, 2016 Dear Mr. Miller, I would like to bring this matter to your attention. On June 14, 2016, my husband Ryan & I came into Mid Island August 29, 2016 Dear Mr. Miller, I would like to bring this matter to your attention. On June 14, 2016, my husband Ryan & I came into Mid Island Hyundai to purchase a new vehicle since our car lease was up on our 2014 Nissan Maxima. We explained to your salesman Dave, that we were looking for a new vehicle and our 2014 Nissan Maxima was over mileage. At that time, Dave assured us that we would not incur any charges for being over the allotted mileage since we were purchasing a new 2016 Hyundai Sonata and that our Nissan Maxima would be going back into inventory to be sold on the lot. Much to our dismay, we rec’d an astronomical bill from Nissan Corp for over the mileage, when in fact we were told by your Salesman Dave, that we would not be incurring any charges. We came into your dealership because of the reputation, loyalty & pride your dealership has shown to other customers and now a “Bait & Switch” tactic was used on our behalf. How do you explain this? We have an outstanding bill of $1108.94. How can you rectify these additional charges? Please advise. Thank you for your time, Jennifer & Ryan Maguire More

Best experience at a dealer by far! Last weekend, my family and I were looking to purchase a Mid-Size SUV. We went to a competitor before coming to Hyundai and after meeting with Peter, Last weekend, my family and I were looking to purchase a Mid-Size SUV. We went to a competitor before coming to Hyundai and after meeting with Peter, we knew we were getting the Hyundai Santa Fe. Peter was very informative and courteous, characteristics the previous competitor lacked. Not only was Peter a great salesman, but he also gave us a great deal. Victor was great to work with as well. I will be coming back once my other lease is up and plan on coming back to Mid-Island for any future purchases. Thank you for such a great experience. More
