I was not going with another second hand vehicle again; I needed a new car. Peter Marcus was the first to greet me and was extremely professional throughout the entire ordeal right from the getgo. My credit wasn't the best, and not only did he keep me reassured, but found me the perfect car to fit my needs. BQ, at least that's what Peter calls him, worked on my behalf and went to war with the banks. He ended up making a deal for me, that I am convinced no other dealership or bank negotiator could come up with. I am now very happy with my new car, and the great service I received from Peter and Brian at Mid Island Hyundai in Centereach! Thank you again! More

I was helped by Will this time, sorry I forgot his last name, he is a great guy, I felt right at home, there with him there was no pressure just concern for my needs. Will has a very calming way about him, because buying a new car is scary. He is just a regular guy who cares about people's needs. I must say, everyone there was great, in finance dept, Bryon was terrific, not only efficient but a real nice person. I was also happy to see Philip again, i bought my first car from him. All around I would have to give Mid Island an A+. Now my car.... it's fabulous, I love it and on the road, I see people looking at it. It's a dynamite Red. Thank you Mid Island for all your help. Just bought my third Hyundai As a loyal Hyundai owner, I didn't hesitate to go to Hyundai when I needed a new car. I went to another Hyundai dealership and left because they didn' As a loyal Hyundai owner, I didn't hesitate to go to Hyundai when I needed a new car. I went to another Hyundai dealership and left because they didn't listen to what I needed. My salesman at Mid-Island, Joseph Causey, was excellent. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and could afford and didn't push me into something more expensive loaded with stuff I didn't need. He's not pushy at all which I greatly appreciated. Frank D'Amato in Finance is also great to work with. I would definitely recommend this dealership! More

I can only say that if it were not for my have been buying and leasing cars for over 40 years and have never been so bull-rushed into a car as here.. I can only say that if it were not for my physical condition and my wife's concern for my health, I should have walked out long before being made to wait 4 hours for paperwork to be done while our "salesman" took care of other customers. I have tried to contact the dealership and salesman for months and hear only the sounds of silence. Do yourselves a favor. Stay away from this dealer.....you will regret it otherwise. K. extra fees purchased a 2012 tuscon in 2014. the salesman was great- very well educated about the car- his manager as well- worked with me. But., the finance purchased a 2012 tuscon in 2014. the salesman was great- very well educated about the car- his manager as well- worked with me. But., the finance dept sucks. (stan)/ they have you sign paperwork without explaining what is was for. left there with a $2600. addl charge that I didn't need or understand. made numerous calls to the dealership, finance dept & the general manager.- after over 1 month- I got the issue resolved and my money refunded. I am trading in my car for newer one- I will not return to that dealership, even is they gave me a new car for half the price. FYI- they are part of the Atlantic automall dealership chain. (they aren't any better) More
