I went to the dealership because I received a letter regarding an early lease temination on the vehicle i was driving. When i walked into the dealership I was quickly greeted by a friendly smiling face regarding an early lease temination on the vehicle i was driving. When i walked into the dealership I was quickly greeted by a friendly smiling face which was Diego. He was extremely helpful, since I was unfamiliar with the Hyundai family and was extremely patient with me and showed me the vehicle and since I had previously been in the auto industry explained to me which car would best fit my needs and my budget. I was truly not expecting to walk out of the dealership with a car that day but because Diego made everything so easy and so pleasant he made that possible. He gave me a great experience into the Hyundai family and I love my new Sonata!!! I couldn't have asked for a better salesman to take care of me and want to thank him for everything he did for me that day. It was truly an excellent experience. More
Went in and dealt with Diego for purchasing a 2013 Elantra and I was so pleased with his honesty. I've been to many other dealerships that honestly dont care about how the purchase may effect your p Elantra and I was so pleased with his honesty. I've been to many other dealerships that honestly dont care about how the purchase may effect your pocket just as long as they make the sale but Diego never once did that. He actually cares about the little things we are concerned about and I found that he did everything within his power to accommodate my concerns. I did purchase the Elantra from Diego with absolutely no hesitation :) I will definitely go back to this dealer. I have to say after reading some of these comments about them being sneaky or scammers I've been elsewhere in the past and compared to other dealerships these guys say it like it is and in my opinion that's just honesty. I recently purchased a 2013 Santa Fe Sport from Patsy Bellomo at MidIsland Hyundai. The last time I purchased a car was in 2004 so I wasn't sure what to expect when I arrived. I was extremely grateful to meet Patsy and that he was the salesperson who helped me. He was very patient with me and my son, and took the time to make sure we got the right car at the right price. He answered all our questions and made sure we felt 100% comfortable and confident about our purchase. I went in for a possible exchange of leased vehicle Hyundai Elantra. They offered me Hyundai Sonata. After initial discussion a deal was finalized at a certain amount with 15k for 3 years. I was rushed Hyundai Elantra. They offered me Hyundai Sonata. After initial discussion a deal was finalized at a certain amount with 15k for 3 years. I was rushed into signing paperwork. When I got home I realized that they signed me into 12k for 4 years which was completely not what they told me. Upon contacting them back I was told that I am having a post purchase syndrome. I even approached general manager but everyone turned me away. At this point I am very disappointed with the way I was scammed and i would not recommend this dealership to anyone. As for myself i would not ever deal with them for any purchase in future. More
Diego is just about the nicest and honest person you are going to meet, especially in a car sales person. Although there were quite a lot of issues on the brand new Santa Fe Limited edition car that I purch going to meet, especially in a car sales person. Although there were quite a lot of issues on the brand new Santa Fe Limited edition car that I purchased, one being that it was damaged on delivery (still to be resolved) none of these issues were Diego's doings. He has been fantastic throughout the whole process of the purchases and even after the dealer damaged my new car durring the prep process (yes durring the prep process, if you can beleave it the car was dented !!!) I personally manage a large defense company with over 200 employes and I would consider Diego in the top percentage range as far as both customer interface and customer service. He is truly what I consider to be a top sales person who is very eager to please and accommodate you in your purchase of a new car and to make sure you are getting the right car at the right price. I would very highly recommend anyone seeking to buy or lease a new car that you specifically ask for Diego to be your sales person! I still waiting to see how my dented car is going to be resolved, once that is settled I will let you know on how the dealership treats people on new car purchase ...... Stay tuned!! More
I brought my 09 Sonata in for a recall and my wife and I decided to go into the showroom just for a "look." Will Arons made leasing a new Hyundai a very pleasant experience. He wasn't pushy, answered all pertinent questions, and worked hard with management to get me the best possible deal. I walked in just looking for an estimate, after trying 2 other Hyundai dealerships, and ended up driving home a new Hyundai. His low key approach and the figures he came up with were the deciding factors! Before leaving, he made sure I became fully acquainted with all of the new features on the car. I enjoyed dealing with Will and most importantly I trusted him. Car salesmen often get a bad rap and for good reasons, none of which I need to elaborate on in this forum. If more salesmen were like Will, the public would not be so distrustful. I will certainly steer anyone I know who's interested in a Hyundai to speak to Will over at Mid Island Hyundai. Best regards.
