I was very disappointed with our new vehicle. The fact that a 2024 car doesn’t have wireless CarPlay when we had it on the 2019 Santa fa is extremely ridiculous. How do we go backwards on the technology when we are now paying over twice as much. This should have been brought up when I asked about CarPlay not that you just have it. Also the backup camera quality was extremely poor consider the price of the vehicle and the technology seen in other vehicles. Also it was never brought to my attention that I was never qualified for loyalty since the old car was under my wife’s name and the new one is under mine until I was in the office going to physically buy it. This made my monthly payment go up by 20 dollars a month and was unexpectedly faced with the issue. Seem like one last money grab to me!!!! More

One of the worst experiences buying a car. First they tell you that your trade in is worth $20,000 and probably $22,000 when you zero in on a car they cant pay more then $20. I transfered my old plates and they charges $175 application fee and $180 for registration. Total $355 for use of my plates. Theand I received plates for 5 months. I will never buy a car from this dealer again. The charge from DMV was $30.00. More
