Leased a car from them, which I wound up buying but they did not do title correctly, had to send a letter to title company in Texas to get title fixed because DMV said title was invalid (Hyundai should of did not do title correctly, had to send a letter to title company in Texas to get title fixed because DMV said title was invalid (Hyundai should of handled it since it was their mistake) I get into an accident, car is totalled, Geico can't settle claim until title is fixed. I contacted title company in Texas. and they claimed they never received letter which they did because I sent it return receipt and had signature. Now title company sent me a letter that it is not in their best interest to handle title, called Hyundai, they said that I need to go back to DMV. (have to taxi it) I'm disgusted with the way they have treated me, my brother in-law leased a car through this dealer,will not be going back there. The dealer made the mistake on the title to begin with and should of handled it. I am filing a complaint with the better business bureau. Thanks hyundai centereach for the worst customer service ever !!! especially after I had such a traumatic experience happen to me. Jeanne Ferry More
