Centereach Hyundai should be more truthful in advertising and selling used cars. Their salespeople are deceptive and dishonest. They presented a document that showed all the benefits of buying a advertising and selling used cars. Their salespeople are deceptive and dishonest. They presented a document that showed all the benefits of buying a Certified Preowned vehicle from them. Yet after the sale we discovered that most of the items on that document were total fabrications. The second owner is not covered for 10 yrs or 100k miles. And the buyer does not get 3 years of complimentary blue link services. When we tried to get those services we found out they were only available if we paid $30 per month. We met with General sales manager Fernando Tavares on 03/23/21. He told us that he was sorry for the mixup and promised us that he had corrected it and that we should be able to register the car with Blue link for 3yrs of complimentary service three days after we brought it to his attention. That turned out to be yet another lie After trying for 2 months post purchase, to get the car connected with Blue link, a rep. from Blue link explained that CPO cars do not get 3yrs of complimentary blue link service.. Centereach Hyundai also advertises their cars for $2000 less than the price they tell you when you come in to the dealership. They try to penalize you $1000 for using your own bank for the loan. The sales manager who told all these lies is Steve Avdoulos. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP More

The atmosphere was extremely low key and I felt very comfortable, as opposed to other car dealerships where I have felt almost "stalked". The deal I received for my 2021 Hyundai Sonata lease was more than I could have hoped for. From the receptionist to the manager, everyone was pleasant and welcoming. My salesman, Justin, went out of his way to make sure that I got the best deal possible and explained every step of the process. He treated me with respect and made my experience stress free.
