While my experiences are limited (I simply leased a new vehicle once), I was very pleased with this dealership. They had the car I wanted. Within 30 seconds of my entering the showroom, a salesman approached me. I think they should give their customers a bit more time to stroll around before they descend on them. It's why I've gone to leasing my vehicles on-line. Nonetheless, I decided to give the old standard approach another shot. Not sure I'll do it again. My issue was with the salesman's knowledge of the vehicle. Specifically, he was unfamiliar with the charging options of their EVs (that's actually important for all EV cars). I was told the car came with all the necessary charging accessories. It did not. That said, the dealership stood behind the salesman and purchased for me, at their expense, the accessories I required and was told came with the vehicle. The purchase was nearly $500! If you're getting a Hyundai EV, be aware that it ONLY comes with the ability to charge it using a standard 110 outlet. Thus, from completely dead, it takes 59 hours to charge the vehicle!!! A Level 2 charger reduces this time to 9 hours (overnight). I was told it came with a Level 2 charger....and I repeated the question several times. When I picked up the car, the salesman set everything up for me and demonstrated most, but not all, of the instruments. For example, I was not shown how to actually charge the vehicle. I watched a YouTube video to see how it's done. When I met with the finance guy, he failed to inform me that there was a disposition fee of $400 for a leased vehicle. It was in the contract but it was NOT pointed out to me. Having leased vehicles for decades, I knew there had to be one. For those who are leasing for the first time, make sure you ask about the disposition fee!! Personally, I believe it should automatically be disclosed on every lease - regardless of the dealership. Overall, my experience was a very pleasant one. When a dealership stands behind their sales force, it's particularly impressive. I enthusiastically recommend this dealership and especially my salesman. You can't possibly know everything about every vehicle you sell but when you readily acknowledge your error and make it right...there is something very special about you. More
