THIS GUY WAS SUPER !!! Quite frankly in all the years of purchasing vehicles (many in my 71 yrs on earth) he's got to be one of the best, if not the best. Not pushy or in a hurry for a sale or for additional / unwanted options. Brandon answered all our questions in a straight forward, honest (direct) manner, explaining all aspects of the Santa Fe Limited 2.0T during our test drive thereby showing his true knowledge of the in's & out of the vehicle without hesitation or xx. Brandon really did his homework on vehicle details and should be commended for his product knowledge, demeanor and sales expertise. Brandon makes the leasing experience pleasant, personal with a touch of family atmosphere and trust; a huge asset missing in today's society. It would be demeaning opinion to classify Brandon as anything less than an Excellent Representative of Your Dealership as he will surely go far in your organization. Another impressive person was Ron Siegel, the finance person. Unlike other finance guys, Ron is laid back, friendly; he explained the vehicle warrantee and some options without hi pitch pressure sales and even told us what was not necessary and a waste of money like windshield insurance which is normally covered under one's policy. He treated us as intelligent adults rather than just customers; very unique and appreciated. Both these men are a welcomed change to the car buying industry and Kathy & I applaud Centereach Hyundai for employing people of such character. We will surely recommend your dealership to our friends and neighbors as a result.
