Stay Far Away Had the absolute worst experience dealing with these crooks. Came in after seeing an advertisement for a Tucson. Test drove the car, worked out a deal with the salesperson Al, had my credit run, signed the paperwork, everything seemed all good. We had agreed on a lease where we were putting 0 down. We went in to meet with the finance guy Mike and that is where everything took a turn. Mike comes to tell us that we owe $3500 in taxes and fees. The fees included $500 for not being a recent grad student, $500 for not being in the military, $500 for not being a first responder and a load of other absurd fees. Apparently these fees get waived if you fall under that category, but technically someone else somewhere is paying for it. It was absolutely insane and Mike looked at us like 'well this is what it is'. I actually thought he was joking. The fees would've added an extra $100 a month to the payment. It was absolutely disgusting and such a waste of everyone's time. We immediately left to get a call from the manager, I believe his name is Fernando, saying they can waive some of the fees, but that it would still be $2100. No thanks. I would never give this place my business. It actually makes me fearful for people who might not know better like older people or those who don't have knowledge about things like this and would just pay not realizing that they are being taken advantage of. I encourage everyone to stay far away from this place. They are not honest and you DO have other options. We ended up going to Hyundai 112 (only 12 minutes away, and WORTH IT) and dealt with a fantastic guy and had the best experience. More

Justin helped me out getting me an acceptable offer and very patiently listened my needs to lease a new Sonata. He ended up pulling 3 cars from inventory for my choices and took care of transferring my old plates and everything. We were even offered free pizza since we stayed from 10am till afternoon. The only advice for them is to expedite the loan and credit check process that can cut down the entire 4.5 hours waiting. Other than that, it was really an awesome experience. More
