Friendly, courteous and flexible I started with Dominick a few months ago to get pricing and returned a few weeks ago but Dominick was on vacation so Brandon Gallardo assisted. Dominick was very friendly and answered all my questions. Brandon worked with me and explained all my options with a smile and detailed explanations. I leased a 2019 Tucson and am happy with all the safety features and updated technology. The process of picking up the car was very lengthy and there was a surprise with the financing in being more than originally discussed but management worked hard to gain my business. They decreased my payments accordingly. More

Dealer under new ownership. 100% better than previous owners I was at the end of our 2017 Santa Fe lease. Based on the bad experience I had with the previous dealership owners (Mid—Island Hyundia), I wasn’t plan I was at the end of our 2017 Santa Fe lease. Based on the bad experience I had with the previous dealership owners (Mid—Island Hyundia), I wasn’t planning on leasing another car from them. I was pleasantly surprised when I pulled up and saw a different name and ownership sign on the outside of the building. I was greeted by Will Aron’s salesperson and with speaking with him, i could easily see he wasn’t your “typical” car sales person. Will has a lot of experience, and he’s has great people skills! Will knows the products he sells and provides In laymen’s terms, the full information needed for a customer to make a proper decision. With Will and the dealership working with me I did lease a new 2019 Santa Fe, it’s a great SUV. All the people at this dealer are friendly and professional! More

Unsatisfied and pushy I recently had an oil change on my 2015 Hyundai Sonata. When at the mechanics they advised me that the water pump was leaking. The person that chang I recently had an oil change on my 2015 Hyundai Sonata. When at the mechanics they advised me that the water pump was leaking. The person that changed my oil formerly worked at another dealership. I asked the mechanic to take a picture of the water pump so I could see it. I called Theresa Zito and she advised I bring the car down. When I got there she took the car in and had the mechanic look at it. She told me that there was not a leak and in the 7 years she worked for Hyundai she never saw a water pump go in a Sonata. The next day my dad called Hyundai USA and Hyundai CORP and obtained a confirmation number. He also went to the centereach Hyundai and spoke w Theresa and she told him the same as she told me. My father them showed her s picture of the water pump and they agreed to change the warranted water pump. At the same time, since now the car was on the lift, Theresa told my father I needed brakes. So I scheduled to bring my car in for the warrantee work and asked Theresa how much the brakes would be. She advised with a coupon $310 plus tax. I asked her to do the brakes. I was there for 3.5 hours and Theresa finally came to see me and told me the water pump was defective so she gave me a loaner. I literally just had gotten home and I received a call from Theresa that the water pump was not defected they just updated them since 2015. At the time of payment the receipt said $349. Plus tax. I advised the cashier the amount was in correct. I spoke w Theresa immediately and she said she never said that....I advised her how would I get that number. It was a difference of 3.5 hours and she forgot. . I wound up paying $290 plus tax bc of the back and forth we incurred. In the last few months a person by the name of nick called me 8 times to ask when I was buying a new car. . But the best yet when he called yesterday and ask how my new Elantra I said it would be great but I never had an Elantra but my 3 sonatas were great. I asked him to remove my number from their data base and stop calling. This to me is being pushy I don’t know if I will but a card from Hyundai in centereach. More
