He wasn't pushy or any of the other "typical salesman" traits, he listened to what I needed and gave me just that along with being a genuinely nice guy. Leased the car that I wanted at a price that I could afford. Lajune treated my wife and I with respect from our first contact until we left the dealership with our purchase. While we loved the Veloster Turbo tha Lajune treated my wife and I with respect from our first contact until we left the dealership with our purchase. While we loved the Veloster Turbo that we tested, it was a little out of our price range. Lajune was able to negotiate a price reduction on our behalf, and we are most thankful. RUDE AND UN-INFORMED SERVICE DEPT I brought my car in after dashboard warned I must turn off engine and bring in for service immediately.. The nightmare began at the service dept. I watched service people standing around instead of responding to customer questions. The person I started dealing with was not to be found, and was given another rep. That person didn't seem to know what was going on. Finally a female rep offered help and gave me answers. I waited two weeks for them to get parts before repairs were finally completed. Found out now, six months later they had never run computer updates on my car which caused a breakdown in the middle of a torrential rain storm at night. My car literally flashed red lights and turned car OFF while driving, Don't know that any dealer service departments are any better. Stick with local repair/service businesses whenever possible, Less likely to get disreputably treated! More
