It was a last minute lets see what our local dealer has...plus thought maybe check out the Sonata ...They were so welcoming Francois was our salesman he could not have been nicer...Miguel made me so at ease!!! Poor service The pricing started at an out of control price after I told the employee what I was willing to spend and he still proceeded to show me a car and then The pricing started at an out of control price after I told the employee what I was willing to spend and he still proceeded to show me a car and then price it 200 over what I expressed I was willing to spend. Why show a car that far out of my price range. Not to mention when I expressed immediate anger and frustration the assistant manager had to come over and negotiate to my desired price. How can a price drop that dramatically and after the original employee told me I would have to go with a lower model car, AFTER having me test drive the model I wanted. Lastly I spent over 7 hour waiting to just sign my name on the lease and have my plates changed. More

When we went outside he said he didn't have the cars in inventory we discussed inside and I had to take the one's he showed me or I would lose $3000.00. He put his hand on my shoulder and said this is how is going to go and I had no choice but to select a vehicle or lose my money. More
