I bought a Corvette Z06 from this dealer, pre- purchase went smooth, but during and after purchase has been a nightmare. The sales manager Jesse Huber is extremely rude and unprofessional, the exact embodiment of a slimy car salesman that you can't trust. When I came to trade in my other vehicle he didn't greet me at all, came to do a look around on my trade in and then disappeared. I had to find him later myself to get final numbers on the car and he was hiding in his office. He spoke to me with such disrespect that I have never experienced at any car dealer in my life, almost as if I was a complete nuisance and not how a customer should be treated. I was promised the original floor mats for the vehicle and that he would order it, and two months later and I still don't have the mats. Additionally, its been two months since the car was purchased and they still have not completed my registration. I got a call from the finance manager 3 days before my temp tags expired saying they were missing the back of my license to complete registration. Why wasn't all information to process my registration collected day of purchase? Why was my registration process only just started 42 days after purchase? After providing the information immediately and asking for an update, I never got a call back. A week passed, my temp tags expired, and I called to get a new one. The finance office went to voicemail, and I was unfortunately transferred to Jesse, who told me he would check on the registration status and call me back by the end of the day(which he never did). I called back the next day myself to get an update and he hung up immediately. Now I can't drive the car I purchased months ago, and am completely in the dark on why they haven't completed the registration process that they were paid and obligated to do in a timely manner. Maybe you get lucky and don't have to deal with Jesse, but I would recommend just going somewhere else if you want good service and a good car buying experience both during and after your purchase. With these guys, once they have your money they couldn't care less about you. More

Do not wait days for a service appointment. Staff is professional while being friendly.
