The process of buying my vehicle was very smooth and effortless. The finance manager Tom, was very nice and informative. My sales man mason on the other hand was nice but not very attentive. He was continuously on his phone during the whole processes, I did not feel like a priority and felt very rushed like I was an inconvenience to his time. I also feel like he told me things just to make a quick sale. I expressed from the very beginning of the process that I did not like the few scratches on the car and the inside was pretty dirty. Mason reassured me not to worry that the car had not been detailed yet. So, I was told that my car was going to get a full detail, cleaned and buff out a few scratches but, I was lied too. Mason arrived to my home after the deal was done with the car with scratches still on it and the inside still very dirty. More
