What a cluster! Called and scheduled my car for standard maintenance - asked for the valet service with a car to drive while they serviced my Cadillac. Had to wait 1 Called and scheduled my car for standard maintenance - asked for the valet service with a car to drive while they serviced my Cadillac. Had to wait 10 days for the initial appointment. Valet showed up but didn’t bring a car for me! Had to reschedule to today 5 days later - valet showed up with a car but left me the keys to a different vehicle!! Ughh!! Called the dealership and told he was already on his way to bring me the right key for the loaner - nearly an hour later valet shows up with my vehicle! I had already missed my appointment!! When I got in my car everything is changed - radio is set to another station, seat is set like I’m about to lay back and take a nap. So very frustrating and disappointing!! More
