We were shopping for a vehicle for my daughter, and we visited at least 5 dealerships in the Boston area. Central Chevy had the car we were looking for, so we drove to West Springfield. We worked with Tim G. in sales, and he was excellent. He was honest and did not engage in the high-pressure sales tactics we experienced at most of the Boston area dealerships. I have bought many cars from various manufacturers, and this was by far the best car sales experience I have had. Everyone at the dealership was wonderful. If you are in the market for a new Chevy and you want to work with a dealership you can trust, this is the place. More

Dealer told me service was performed and completed when in reality they did not do the service. Had a recall and had my truck in Twice for service regarding the recall; first visit to confirm it needed the in reality they did not do the service. They only did the programming but claimed they had replaced the fuel injectors AND programmed them. Just called to address another recall and they asked if I wanted the fuel injector recall performed for the injector replacement? Come to find out they did not replace the fuel injectors and just programmed the ones that needed replacement! Absolutely ridiculous. Had my truck there two different days for no reason. Very unhappy, would not recommend for service. I’ve heard the sales aspect is good but cannot confirm nor deny because I purchased my vehicle a bit further North. Hope this review reaches the right person before they have a vehicle in for a service that may or may not be performed. Very discouraging. More

Bought a car here in 2015, used the service department for 8+ years. Positive experience from first contact with sales until the last service I got.
