The most difficult dealer to make an appointment with. Recall Repair as mandated by FIAT I received a letter from Central Fiat and Fiat Corporate that I needed to have my car assessed and updated for a recall notice. I made an appointment I received a letter from Central Fiat and Fiat Corporate that I needed to have my car assessed and updated for a recall notice. I made an appointment right away and the team was awesome. The visit took longer than I thought it would, so I was given a "loaner" for the morning and I was able to get to work, run errands and then pick up my car when ready. Everyone was very helpful! More
I bought a jeep at night and when I drove it it fell off they said that they would take care of me if anything needed work. But they did not I ended up having to pay for a part two weeks after because it w they said that they would take care of me if anything needed work. But they did not I ended up having to pay for a part two weeks after because it was running wobbly the front has issue but they want to claim nothings wrong with the vehicle, When I picked up the car they didn't even clean the inside or the hood when they had my car for a day and a half I had to bring it back on Monday and they had to take 3 1/2 hours to clean it when they should've done it prior I was not happy about that at all I don't like the fact that they feel like they've done nothing wrong with the service that was provided to me I'm in the car still feels off in the front Bit of a vies don't buy a car at night and make sure they fix the issue before buying it because after they have your money they only care about themselves they don't care if the car needs work More
