We both commented that it was the best car buying experience we have had at any dealership! This transaction started almost a year ago when my daughter purchased a 2018 Compass. We joked that Diane liked it so much we would be back to get her one when her lease was up. So we did!! This was our 5th purchase at Central in the last 6 years and we could not be happier. Frustrating, stressful and unprofessional Dropped off vehicle Wednesday night for a Thursday appointment for engine ticking. Didn’t receive my vehicle until the following Monday. Was told on Friday that they needed to call warranty company to receive approval for repair coverage because vehicle was over 90,000 miles and cost of repair was over $1,000. Yay! This repair got us out of a tight spot. They did a great job fixing our van's rear brakes as well as diagnosing and fixing the "Check Engine" code.
