Regular grease and oil change......gone bad. My FIAT was bought here. Very low mileage. Have had numerous poor service experiences. Brand new car with no sticker I purchased a new Jeep Compass on 5/29. Was told to be at the dealer at 10:30 to pick it up. When I arrived the paperwork was thrown at me,completed, I purchased a new Jeep Compass on 5/29. Was told to be at the dealer at 10:30 to pick it up. When I arrived the paperwork was thrown at me,completed, only to discover it was a 2 hr wait at service. So I decided to come back today. Told another 1.5 hr wait. I couldn’t wait and am now at a gas station near my home. I will never come here again even for my free oil change. Horrible, horrible customer service! More
