replaced missing engine cover Noticed drivers side engine cover missing under hood. Brought vehicle into Central and dealt with Shawn Nagle. He ordered a new one and called me several days later to let me know it was in. Brought vehicle in and Shawn actually installed it. Total time at service center 10 minutes. Couldn't be happier. More

Unethical I decided to buy out my lease. Among some of the comments when I ask for a courtesy vehicle while they took care of paper work was we can’t since we a I decided to buy out my lease. Among some of the comments when I ask for a courtesy vehicle while they took care of paper work was we can’t since we are really not making any money on this deal. Then the finance guy Bob also said they will clean off the tint residue of the front windows, they didn’t. They could not even deliver a clean vehicle or fill the tank up.
