When i called and expressed my concerns, I was told that I needed an attitude adjustment and that my request to return the car (mind you it only had 19,000 miles and was a certified car) was unreasonable. They then “allowed” me to pick out another car and showed me cars that were 2-5 thousand more than the one I already bought, so I was forced into buying a car I didn’t really want. After this type of treatment and this many problems on a low mileage car, just imagine one with higher miles! Really says something about this dealer’s service crew as well as their customer service skills, no dealer should make you regret even buying a car at all.
