He didn't make me have to over-haggle and he told some great stories ( he has a very friendly demeanor) that helped pass the time while I waited for the transaction to settle. I'm still waiting for my registration, though (a plate transfer) and no one has followed up with me on it or returned my call (yesterday) to try to finalize. I checked with my insurance agent and all the paperwork was submitted by them early this week. I will be popping in this morning to get straightened out and hopefully all will go smoothly. More

Inspection Sticker I walked in to have an inspections sticker and lucked out to have it done in about 50 minutes . Phewww. Jarred was the best! We had been to 5 other dealers over the last 6 months. Each one said that I would have to "give up" one of the selected features...that the van I was We had been to 5 other dealers over the last 6 months. Jarred found one within 15 minutes of sitting with us....color, package, and a dvd player! He was kind and so helpful and never once made us feel pressured! We were done purchasing the van within an hour. I've been to other dealership where I've spent the whole day. The business manager was very thorough and personal.
