Conflicted My service advisor, Jessica, was great! Unfortunately the dealership did that sleazy thing where my “free” oil change resulted in a recommendation for My service advisor, Jessica, was great! I had bought this used car here less than six months ago, so I was surprised by the scope of the needed work. I like the convenience of the dealer’s location and the advisor was good, but not sure I want to keep working with them. More

Great Experience I brought my Jeep Wrangler in for service this week. The GPS/radio wasn't working and the tire was making a lot of noise while I was driving. Shaun, I brought my Jeep Wrangler in for service this week. The GPS/radio wasn't working and the tire was making a lot of noise while I was driving. Shaun, the Service Representative, was professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. He called to inform me about the work that needed to be done, and that the warranties covered the repairs. Thank goodness! The GPS/radio alone would have cost me $800.00. My experiences from leasing my Jeep to service has been problem free. I will be looking to do business with this dealership with my next vehicle. More
