Waste of time! Horrible experience and they feel like your time is useless. Every time i make appointment, arrange a ride, get back to work, then they call and say d Horrible experience and they feel like your time is useless. Every time i make appointment, arrange a ride, get back to work, then they call and say dont have parts til next week!! You think there would be someone in charge of physically checking to make sure parts are there to do job. I have construction bussiness and always have to do it. Horribly run service dept. this has happen many times here. Only reason i went back was that it was a recall. I would never voluntarilly bring my vehicle there ever for any reason unless i wanted to waste my time!! More
