Smooth Quick Easy Purchase Of 2016 Pre Owned Kia Sorento Awesome experience from start to finish. I put in an inquiry online about the Kia Sorento and Johnny Black emailed me right away. He was quick to an Awesome experience from start to finish. I put in an inquiry online about the Kia Sorento and Johnny Black emailed me right away. He was quick to answer my concerns and questions and set up a time for me to come in and see the car. He also found the car and tested out a feature for me. When I arrived at the dealership we were greeted by Rich and he quickly located the Sorento and got us in for a test drive. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle, very friendly, and easy to talk to. After the test drive we came inside and worked out a number that worked for both sides. This was my first time buying a car and I've heard all the horror stories. With Rich I never felt pressured, uncomfortable or like I was being taken advantage of. From there I went home and next morning Rich and team was in contact with me my bank and insurance agency. Rich and team made all the behind the scenes magic happen and when I showed back up to the dealership to pick up the car (less the 24 hours later) they were putting on the inspection sticker, swapping my plates, and I was good to go with my new car. I signed paperwork with the Joe on the finance team and he had everything organized good to go and got me in and out. He didn't pressure me to sign any extended warranty or anything just explained it I rejected and we moved on. I have read some bad reviews of this dealership but would like to clear some of them up because I dealt with all aspects of the team and had a great positive easy experience with all of them. I would definitely suggest buying a car here and working with Rich. More

Bought my first Jeep Grand Cherokee! EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!! I have had my share of vehicles in the past and really liked the look of the new Grand Cherokees. I went to the dealer to just test drive it and Darie I have had my share of vehicles in the past and really liked the look of the new Grand Cherokees. I went to the dealer to just test drive it and Darien was my salesman. He was excellent! He was very personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and wasn't pushy at all. I had asked him what the difference between the grand Cherokee and the Laredo was and in stead of just saying "a luxury package" he started naming all the features. Pretty Impressive. I worked in a dealership many years ago and have not had the best experience with salesman. BUT this time, Between him and the management/finance team I ended up buying the Jeep that day and I love it! It is a beautiful SUV and rides so smoothly! I highly recommend if you are thinking about a new car at Central - go out and see Dairen and the team. They are fabulous! <3 More
